These are a few of the comments written on the evaluations yesterday (Saturday) after our Green Scene event, Greening your Outdoor Space. This first ILG Green Scene was sponsored by Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, Inc. (KIBI) which hosted the morning program. Six topics were offered in short presentations from 9- noon. They included: Natural Lawn by Jo Ellen Meyers Sharp, editor of Indiana Living Green; Jerome Delbridge, KIBI, Trees and NeighborWoods as well as Rain Barrels; Ron Lauster, Marion Co. Soil and Water Conservation District, Rain Gardens; Ben Mannies, JF New, Native Plants and Natural Habitast, and yours truly, touting my favorite topic, Chemical-Free gardening as well as Composting.
