Saturday, July 31  Ridgefield Subdivision Nature Park Tour 

See how one suburban subdivision is saving money and creating natural areas for neighbors to enjoy by converting mowed lawn to native prairie. This joint program of Hamilton County Urban Conservation Association and Hamilton County Soil & Water Conservation District includes a walking tour of the common area prairie and a pond shoreline enhancement installation demonstration. Speakers will discuss native plants, invasives control, and backyard habitats.
